By using AIF Platform, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AIF Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws — including SEBI AIF Regulations. Your continued use of the platform means you accept this agreement.

2. Eligibility

AIFs in India are available only to eligible qualified investors as defined under SEBI guidelines including High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, and certain institutional investors. It must be your responsibility to confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria before pursuing or making any investment. We do not verify eligibility on your behalf.

3. No Guarantee of Returns

All investments in AIFs are subject to market risk and the real possibility of partial or complete loss of capital. Any performance data or historical figures on this platform are for reference only; they are not a prediction or guarantee of future returns. Investment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Your Responsibility as an Investor

All information on this platform is for research purposes only. Any investment decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. We strongly advise you to take independent financial, legal, and tax advice before committing to any fund. AIF Platform and its team accept no liability for any losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of information obtained from this platform.

5. Your Personal Information

Any personal information and data you share with us is handled in line or accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use it only for legitimate or lawful purposes and do not share it with third parties except where required by law or with your consent.

6. Conflicts of Interest

We are committed to being transparent about how we present information. Where any conflict of interest exists including in how funds are featured or compared — we will disclose it clearly. Our approach is aligned with SEBI's best practices.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are regulated by the legislation of India. All conflicts that arise from your use of this platform will be subject to the authority of the appropriate courts in India. If you have a worry, please contact us initially. The majority of problems can be settled without official processes.
